If your work or business doesn’t involve overcoming significant hurdles, then it’s value probably isn’t high. 

If it’s easy, anyone can do it.

Not everyone can be a doctor. Not everyone can start and build a great business.

So don’t lament the hurdles, embrace them, lean into them.
