The Buddha asked five of his disciples to say how they appreciated life through the presence of death.
One answered that he always remembered he could die any time in the next day, so he lived fully now.

One answered that he always remembered he could die any time during this meal, so he lived fully now.
One answered that he always remembered he could die any time during this mouthful, so he lived fully now.
One answered that he always remembered he could die any time during this breath, so he lived fully now.
Buddha only gave the final two answers pass marks.
The only way to be truly present, to live fully now, for now to be enough, is to be here, now.
