There is a time to bet the ranch, to go all in, to lay it all on the table.
And there’s a time to hold some back, to not bet the ranch.
I think the time to go all in is when you can comfortably say, “I have nothing to lose.”
If you never do that it’s hard, in my experience, to reach escape velocity.
But odds are if you keep up that approach then at some point, you’ll lose it all.
The key is to apply the right approach at the right time.
Don’t risk what matters for what you don’t need.
