Recently my MD was listening to a conversation I had with a doctor about the Medworld platform.
I was talking about two parts of the platform, and how the magic would happen when both parts came together.
His question; if the magic happens when they come together then why do we have different teams working on each part?
We should always seek external eyes, unclouded by our experience, who might be able to see the wood beyond the immediate trees.
(We have brought the teams together now to work on the magic because it’s a no-brainer!)
