When is it time to think about marketing?
When building something new, often we get to a point when someone asks, ‘should we think about marketing now?’
At that point we’ve missed the point!
I see this in business a lot, and even more in medicine.
Because marketing needs to be built into everything.
How it looks, how it feels, how it’s supported… this all needs to be considered from the start.
Because the best product in the world is useless if it never reached the people you want to benefit.
