I saw a video the other day where the presenter challenged someone in the audience to travel to the past. Obviously, they couldn’t. 

No one has ever travelled to the past. Therefore, no one has ever experienced the past firsthand. So, does it exist? This realisation brought me to a realisation that ‘now’ is eternal.  

And if that is the case, there is only the energy we bring to this moment, right now. 

Therefore, we can change our now in any moment, by changing the energy we bring to any moment. 

We are not prisoners of our past, because the past only exists in our minds. 

There is only the eternal prison moment.
