Recently, I was speaking with someone who is in a position to make a real difference in the wellbeing of healthcare staff.

He spoke of the need for ‘a coalition of the willing.’

I love this description because that is how we are going to address the wellbeing crisis.

Aligned people and organisations contribute their strengths, pulling towards the same outcome.

Hospitals, colleges, medical councils, government, recruiters, technologists, employers…

We all have a role to play.

I think acknowledging this and then getting to the table to align is step one.
